Return Policies

The following terms apply to all shipments made within the Mexican Republic. This policy may change without prior notice. Vikingo Slings may make returns provided that each and every one of the conditions established in this policy are met.

The maximum period to receive a product return is 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

Products purchased by the customer may be returned for the following reasons:

  1. If there is a manufacturing defect in the product, it must not present signs of mistreatment (accompanied by the corresponding purchase order that will act as a purchase ticket).

The return does not apply if the product presents any of the following cases:

  • The product was used.
  • Factory seals or labels have been violated.
  • The product is scratched, dented, dirty, wet or otherwise damaged.
  • The product has been requested on request.
  • The product description includes the legend "No Return and/or Cancellation".
  • The product was sold at auction.

To request a refund it is important

Fill out the corresponding refund request, your request will be attended to and evaluated.

Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM Central Time.

When the return is authorized

You will be sent an email with instructions on how to return the product, including the authorization number (which is valid for 5 calendar days from the date of issue) and the address where it should be sent. ventas7@eslingas.com.mx

Once the product is received

If you meet the return conditions, a Credit Note will be issued for the amount paid for the product at the time of placing your order, less the administrative charge for the return and any discounts applied to the order. You can use the Credit Note to make another purchase or obtain a refund of your payment.

If you wish to use the Credit Note for the refund of your payment, you must request it by email at ventas7@eslingas.com.mx . They will send you the corresponding instructions by email, where they will request your bank account information in case your payment was made by deposit or bank transfer. This process may take up to 30 business days from the receipt of your bank information.

If your payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund or cancellation of the charge will be made to the same credit or debit card with which you made the payment. This process may take up to 15 business days depending on the policies of the card-issuing banks.

Important:

During the return process you will be asked for additional information such as photographs of the product.

If the return is authorized by the corresponding area, you must send the product correctly packaged and adequately protected against shocks, humidity, static, dust, excessive heat, etc., with shipping collect.

Insurance during transport, taxes, legal problems, environmental issues, accidents, security, theft, loss or any other aspect or procedure for the return are your responsibility.

After 15 calendar days, returns of any kind are not accepted.

Return due to error in the product sent

If you are sent another product by mistake, Vikingo Slings will collect the incorrect product and send you the one you requested free of charge as long as it is in stock. Otherwise, a Credit Note will be issued for the amount paid for the product and the shipping costs in effect at the time of placing your order. You may use the Credit Note for another purchase or to receive a refund of your payment.

If you wish to use the Credit Note on another purchase, you must request it from the sales department by email ventas7@eslingas.com.mx or with the Sales Executive who assists you at that time so that it can be applied to your order.

  • Refunds

If you wish to use the Credit Note for the refund of your payment, you must request it from the ventas7@eslingas.com.mx area , who will send you the corresponding instructions by email, where they will request your bank account information in case your payment was made by deposit or bank transfer. This process may take up to 10 business days from the receipt of your bank information.

If your payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund or cancellation of the charge will be made to the same credit or debit card with which you made the payment. This process may take up to 15 business days depending on the policies of the card-issuing banks.



Guarantees



  1. The warranty on all our products is only valid for factory defects.
  2. Viking slings offer a guarantee against manufacturing defects under normal conditions of use.
  3. Damage caused by burns, scrapes, cuts, intentional abuse, misuse, etc. is not covered by this warranty.
  4. Any modification, change or alteration to its original characteristics voids this warranty.
  5. To make the warranty valid, it is required to show the original proof of purchase.
