Provisions on the purchase of products

  1. Purchase Conditions.

Products purchased by the Customer through the Website shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions of Contract for the Purchase and Sale of Products and the applicable tax provisions.

Prices advertised on https://www.eslingasvikingo.com/ are solely for transactions on https://www.eslingasvikingo.com/, unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.

Viking Slings will publish the products and the total price that the User must pay for them on https://www.eslingasvikingo.com/. Likewise, it will indicate if there is any promotion and/or discount regarding them, as well as the validity of the same. The operation in question will be subject to the condition that the product you wish to purchase has stock in the inventory at the time of shipment, otherwise two days must be counted from your purchase, which is the manufacturing time.

In order to carry out a transaction on https://www.eslingasvikingo.com/, the User must select the product they wish to purchase and choose one of the existing and applicable delivery options. Once the choice has been made, the product in question will be added to “My Cart”.

Payments and billing.

 

After clicking the “buy” button, the User must choose the payment method with which he/she will pay for the product he/she wishes to purchase. The amount to be paid will include the price of the product, applicable taxes, additional services that have been requested and the cost of shipping, if applicable.

Billing

  1. Currency of the Operation.

The currency that will be used in the operations carried out through this Page will be the Peso, legal currency of the United Mexican States.

It should also be noted that the home delivery service of the products does not include installation service or cutting service of any kind.

III. Payment for products.

Payments on the page:

In order to carry out the purchase and sale transaction through this Page, as a Client you must have a credit or debit card duly issued by a Banking Institution legally constituted under Mexican laws, or one of the payment methods available at Eslingas Vikingo and that the charge intended to be made derived from the purchase of the products is authorized.

Once the order is confirmed, the Customer has 24 hours to make the payment; otherwise, the Customer will receive an email informing him/her that the order has been cancelled because the payment was not confirmed.

We can ensure safekeeping of the order inventory until payment is received.

Once the purchase and sale transaction has been completed through this Page, and the payment has been authorized by the Banking Institution that issued the credit or debit card, or credited as appropriate to another payment method, a screen will appear indicating that you will receive an email indicating the next steps for the delivery of your products.

As soon as you receive the receipt and confirmation of purchase, you must print it and present it when the purchased products are delivered to you. Each receipt contains essential information for the delivery of the products, so you must not alter, scratch, modify or falsify the information contained in this document.


  1. Delivery and Reception of products.

Every time you make a purchase through this Page, you will be presented with two methods for the delivery and receipt of the purchased products:


Delivery at Point of Sale: You must check the availability of the products of your choice before making the transaction; once this has been made, you must wait to receive an email indicating the date from which you can pick up your purchased products. In order for the purchased products to be delivered to you, you must go to our offices, show the proof of purchase that you printed at the end of the transaction or the purchase confirmation email, as well as your official identification with a photograph, whether it be an INE credential, a valid passport, a professional ID or a document that proves legal residence in the country (in the case of foreigners), or the valid official identification of the person authorized to receive the products.

The maximum time to collect your products at the Point of Sale is 15 calendar days from the date on which you received the email notifying you that your products are ready for collection. Because all products are custom-made, your payment cannot be refunded. If the merchandise is not collected within this time, we will automatically proceed to cancel your order.

Home Delivery: If you have opted for home delivery, the following provisions will apply:

Before making the transaction, you will be informed of the time in which your purchase can be delivered, which may be from 48 hours from the date of purchase.

Free Home Delivery for online transactions applies to all categories on the site and with a minimum purchase of $11,000.00 MXN. This free Home Delivery will be valid within the local area.

Products may only be delivered to the address indicated for this purpose in the transaction. Likewise, the receipt of products must be made by the Client, or by the person authorized to receive the products in the transaction, who must present an official identification with a photograph, either an INE credential, a valid passport, a professional license or a document that proves legal residence in the country (in the case of foreigners), as well as the proof of purchase or the transaction confirmation email.

All our home delivery orders include basic handling, only at ground level and within the home where the merchandise will be placed.

In the case of an apartment building, the merchandise will be left inside the home or apartment, as long as access allows the merchandise to enter undamaged.

The following maneuvers are not performed during the delivery of merchandise:

The product installation is not performed.

The product used by the customer is not collected.

Doors and windows are not removed to allow access to the home with the merchandise.

The product is not disassembled in order to be able to bring the product into the home (product warranty).

No furniture is moved, the access space must be free to avoid damage to the facilities and merchandise.

In the case of stairs, the space must be wide enough to avoid damage.

The maximum time for you to receive your products at the address registered in your purchase order is 15 calendar days from the date you received your email notifying you that your order is in transit. If during this period it was not possible to contact you at the phone number you provided or at the address indicated, we will automatically proceed to cancel your order and the payment cannot be refunded because all products are custom made.

If due to rescheduling or causes of the Client, Eslingas Vikingo is unable to make the delivery to the Client, the maximum time for safekeeping of the merchandise will be 15 calendar days from the first date indicated for delivery, so Eslingas Vikingos will proceed to cancel your order and the payment cannot be refunded because all products are custom made.


Upon receiving your products, regardless of the delivery option you have chosen, you must (i) sign the delivery notes and (ii) carry out a physical inspection of the same to ensure that you receive it without obvious defects such as physical deterioration, etc.
